All sales are final.

At this time, all salbert purchases are final due to the small batch and handmade nature of the offerings. Of course, salbert wants you to be thrilled with your purchase and will strive to fix any issues that may arise. salbert is immensely grateful for each person who peruses and purchases. Exchanges may be possible on a case by case basis when small or reasonable. In the event of an issue with your order, please contact salbertdesigns@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact salbert immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to the vintage nature of the materials, longevity can vary. In the unlikely event that a stone has made its way out of its setting, salbert is happy to make a repair or walk you through how to do so. 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, send us a message and we will do our best to rectify it.
