Shipping policy

 

While most orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Individual processing times are noted on the product page if they differ. If you are in a rush, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

How long your order takes to arrive after processing depends on the shipping carrier chosen at checkout. Once your order is fulfilled you will be able to track it through the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, shipping delays, or any damage that occurs in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier if you experience these issues. All domestic packages and First Class International packages are insured with USPS.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance include custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards.
